By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from Ever Glow Beauty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Ever Glow Beauty operates from a private, dedicated beauty studio located within the owner's residential property.
1. Appointments
Appointments are available by booking in advance. Please arrive on time for your appointment so your treatment can begin as scheduled.
Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment. Where a significant delay affects the ability to provide the service safely or as intended, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy below.
Please ensure the contact details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee or result in the loss of any booking deposit.
Where a client repeatedly cancels, reschedules or does not attend appointments, Ever Glow Beauty reserves the right to request a deposit or decline future bookings.
3. Deposits and Payments
Where a deposit is required, the deposit secures your appointment and may be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits may be non-refundable where an appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice or the client does not attend.
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
4. Treatment Suitability
Before receiving certain treatments, you may be asked to provide relevant information about your health, skin, medications, allergies, previous treatments or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
Ever Glow Beauty reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
5. Treatment Results
Individual treatment results may vary from person to person.
Ever Glow Beauty will provide treatments with reasonable care and skill; however, results cannot always be guaranteed due to individual differences, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and other factors outside our control.
Where aftercare advice is provided, clients are responsible for following the recommended instructions.
6. Children and Additional Guests
As Ever Glow Beauty operates from a private home studio, clients are asked to attend appointments alone unless an accompanying person has been arranged with Ever Glow Beauty in advance.
Children should not be left unattended at the premises.
7. Private Studio Environment
Ever Glow Beauty operates from a dedicated studio within a private residence. Clients are expected to respect the property, studio and surrounding residential environment.
Access to areas of the property outside the designated studio is not permitted.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment. Ever Glow Beauty is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced personal items.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Gift vouchers may be subject to the same booking and cancellation requirements as other appointments.
10. Changes to Terms
Ever Glow Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The most current version will be published on the website.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
